These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Jio Force platform and website operated by Jio Force, LLC ("Jio Force", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

Use of the service

You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate account information. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws, including telemarketing, anti-spam, and consumer-protection regulations.

Acceptable use & outreach compliance

You are solely responsible for any calls, text messages, or emails you send using the platform, including obtaining any required consent and honoring opt-out requests. You agree to comply with the TCPA, CAN-SPAM, and applicable carrier and A2P messaging requirements. Do not use the service to send unlawful, deceptive, or unsolicited communications.

SMS messaging terms

Where you opt in to receive text messages from Jio Force, message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel or HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Subscriptions & payments

Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis until cancelled. Fees are described at signup and may change with notice. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.

Intellectual property

The platform, including its software, content, and trademarks, is owned by Jio Force, LLC and protected by law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service per these Terms.

Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jio Force is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms. You may cancel at any time; certain provisions survive termination.
